At sunset on the eve of the fall equinox:
2 Pomegranates or red apples (red)
2 Oranges or orange beets (orange)
1/2 Lemon (yellow)
3 leaves of dandelion (green)
1 handful Blueberries (blue)
3 large leaves of purple kale (purple)
½ small Daikon Radish (white)Juice in order and reflect on each chakra. Ask it what it needs. Chakras are generators and each has a mini brain/intelligence.
Don’t forget to pour a portion for the ancestors!
Here’s the shopping list for the 7 Chakra Raw Juice Fast for Release:
Opening and closing 7 Chakra Juice – 2 apples or 2 pomegranates, 2 Oranges, 1 bunch of kale or dandelion, Blueberries to taste, 1 Beetroot, 1 Daikon radish
First Chakra – 2 Beet root, 2 Red apples, Ginger root to taste
Second Chakra 4 Orange carrots, 3 peaches, 2 nectarines, 1 sweet potato, 1 mango, 1/2 a butternut squash
Third Chakra 2 yellow apples, 1 yellow pear, 1 yellow Squash, 1/2 pineapple, 1 yellow tomato, 1 lemon rind
Fourth Chakra 3 kiwi, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch of kale or dandelion, 2 green apples, 1 lime, 1 bunch of celery,
Fifth Chakra Other than blueberries and blackberries, blue foods can be hard to find. You can substitute fruits that grow on trees or foods that soothe the throat (coconut water, herbal teas, raw honey, lemon and ginger)
Sixth and Seventh Chakra 1 bunch of purple carrots 2 black plums 1/2 head purple cabbage 1 bunch purple grapes
Seventh Chakra – pure water
You can substitute as needed for produce not in season, not tolerated, local foods or for less sugar content. Here’s to your health!
