An imbalanced heart chakra can result in problematic issues, such as co-dependence, manipulative behaviors, feeling of unworthiness, and an inability to trust yourself or others.

1 small bowlful of green grapes
2 good size handfuls of kale
2 green apples
1 lime
3 celery ribsor for less sugar: 4 ribs of celery, 1 cucumber, 5 leaves of green chard, 1 bunch of spinach, 1/2 bulb fennel, 1 lime (skin removed)
Vegan alternative:
Get creative with a green salad made up of any of the above ingredients. Infuse with love!
